The Elite Performers Management Programme focuses on the key management attributes and skills required for managers in South Africa. This programme is designed to facilitate an understanding of and the ability to integrate and apply the key competencies required for each of the functional areas of management.

Programme Benefits

Participants will benefit from the basics of management such as clear objective setting, performance management, staff development, labour relations, feedback and communication mechanisms. If you are a new or existing manager, this programme will equip you with the fundamental management skills required to manage your team more effectively.

A key feature of the programme is the Personal Development Plan (PDP) which each delegate undertakes, and which runs the length of the programme. The PDP is underpinned by a team of executive coaches, who work one on one with delegates to develop competencies. This personal learning journey ensures that delegates have the opportunity to understand leadership theories and explore personal mastery, supported by the creative development of a culture of performance and execution in the workplace.
